Introduction

Hasam Rita is a two-time American national no-ghee champion. He's also a quintet fight night gold medalist and a quintet challenge silver medalist. Before the Black Belt he was tearing up the competition scene in Asia. Hasam now lives in Detroit, Michigan and trains at Assembly Academy.
