I think everyone should minimize process food of all kinds, but particularly process meats and refined carbohydrates. Process meats have been associated with increased mortality in every study that's been performed. You know, if you're over weigtor obese, addressing that becomes very important. We see improvements in all mesrics of health when you lose weight. And it doesn't have to be large and drastic amounts of weights. Five to seven will get you better.
