Sleep Tracking
If i sleep less than six hours, i'm not going to have a good time in the morning. That's like my ideal threshold, like, six hours is ok. Seven hours, you can do it. I go over seven hours, i'll feel groggy the next day. And that's a sort of discovery thati made by am tracking my sleep years ago. So now i know if i need to wake up at nine 30, i'd better go to sleep at three 30 or something,. because otherwise i'm notGoing to have aGood Time In The Morning.
