MasterCard's New Culture

I want to understand what it was like when you got to MasterCard. All of a sudden, there's a new boss coming from City. A new culture was a different, was a strange. What I think we were trying to move towards is a culture. We defined that inside the company as a winning culture with decency at its core. It's the environment you create for people around you, above you and below you to succeed.
