The advent of Sogamit X has been kind of a game changer for anesthesia. I see the utility of needing to train the residents and have awareness of paralytic like residual paralysis. But practically like I just don't need it. So what are your, your thoughts on the, the minefield I've just placed before you? Do not use the monitoring. Right now. Sounds absolutely horrific.
