Brian katie: Sometimes it seems that thought causes emotion and if it's a thought that's driving it's nice to unwind the thought. Other times it seems like emotion just springs out of something that you can't really identify do you have a method of working with when or does that even happen for you? i'm continuing to learn to do which is to drop into my body to feel that emotion as opposed to staying up in my head  and trying to tackle it through surgical precise thinking on it.
