Proof of Location: How to Prove Non-Coversion

Mark: I just wanted to try to end quickly and take it back to proof of location. We'll have them hopefully at our workshop or at least I'm trying but in short they basically say if all the file replicas are stored on a single heart this a single kind of stuff like event is enough to lose the file. So my challenge to the goal of a proof of location is that it seems like the actual engineering goal is to prove non-coversion which is a difficult problem so the fallback solution was to look for geographic distribution.
