Do You Shear Names in Therapy?

In my thir pew sessions, i never give names. Like, no names ever come up in therapy. I think i used to not say anyone's name until i found that sometimes i was bringing up the same people more often than others. So then once i feel like someone is entioned enough, unlike, by the way, this person's name is ing the great reveal,. somethingd it's like, your life is a show. And then when someone becomes a season regular, they ar like, al tedea, ha, ha h. It's like new character unlocked. That actually reminds me though. Oh, so i wonder if it's ever hard to follow my story
