"How else might we apply the principle that we're working with? Let's turn our attention to public education for a moment," he says. "We don't have to talk about things like vouchers or charter schools... We could just talk about the money." The other ingredients are freeing principles such that they can pay better performing faculty more, lesser performing faculty less and then offer students choice of school.
