The Second Amendment and the Right to Bear Arms
At 16, you are legally allowed to keep in bear arms and defend yourself. So long as the second amendment exists, and it does not specify age, then i believe any law that seeks to curtail a human right of bearing arms to defend yourself is a violation of the constitution. I personally would not advocate for 12 year olds being armed. Not only whate they doing guns and th gun clubs in the fifties and sixties, you have not ice how healthier, how much healthier. Ot, i will say, in my personal view, if i was the despot, i would say there should probably be, like age 14, a learner's permit for firearms. And this
