Is There a Mistake in Your Trading?

If you've taken profits wrong on a trade or something in a given week, how do you fix it? Is just like telling you, i'm not going tdo this again. Once you see, once i see that there is an issue, what i do is i write it down. I have a always next to my er trading desk,. There is a little bit of note, pet physical one. And i write down what is my focus for that week, so i see it always in front of me. This works the best for me.
