derrick, i want to start by asking, what is the councillor at the state department? And what does the councillor do? It's a great question, michael. I aiget, it's greed to be with you. A third to half of my time is spent really just dealing with with the inbox that the secretary’s dealing with. So part of my role is as kind as, literally, as a councillor, kind of alter ego, a someone who's just helping him and other senior officials here in the department help navigate the department,.
