The Cooperative Model

Nuclear energy is a fascinating industry for me because it's an industry that has actually fully accounted for its costs and the investors do not get a free ride unless they've lost all of their money, obviously. There are very well trodden paths, sadly or not but there are paths that that and a pecking order. And so I had ideas around that I'd spent a lot of time thinking about why that one works. You know what are the things you could take away from that, usefully and I think there's quite a bit.
