How to Get Your Team to Buy Into Service Bladders
Sometimes there's pushback like, do we need this? Will this help us? We could probably find a faster way if we don't do this work. I found that it's really hard to sell this stuff upfront and to get people to buy in upfront. A much more effective strategy is don't ask for permission. Just create it for yourself. And then if it creates value for them, then they will find time to work on it as well.
