Building a Strong Company

A good product manager actually does a ton of listening. T talk to pr prospective customers about pospective customer wants. And you listen. It's not just like the mythof likea steve jobs that just, like, pull's idea out of thin air and makes them happ nd,. So i think that tat's the key osse to building a good company, is a lot of listening. I'll add, am, listening, not just to your customers, but i'll see to your team, you know. so lets sen to the team about how to build a strong company.
