The Importance of Sacrificing Your Identity

Women have to make so many sacrifices for kids in ways that we don't. I think of dads were putting in the same effort as moms, which some dads do, but like many don't. And it's not something easy if you are a woman who grew up knowing how to emotionally support people and watching your mom make the grocery list. Like women are taught skills, like mothering and nurturing skills that men are not taught.
