How Did Ingvar Transfer His Knowledge, Vision, All These Things at These New Locations?
How did Ingvar manage to transfer his knowledge at these new locations, new people. I think there's nowadays maybe 10,000, 20,000 different products and there's so much happening. How do you keep it focused and how do you keep the original mission in place? It obviously built very much on the team that was there from the beginning and then obviously have expanded and a new generation come in. That's actually during my time as head of Europe.
