I like randomness, i defnitly do, but in this case i really appreciated how much effort went to not having it be random, cause i understood what was happening. The the calling of randomness was in large part because there were too many matches that i sat down and played on pokechau where i would win 20 % of the time or 80% of the time. And for me, the charge is absolutely an important part of that. There's a narrative arc to team structure that maybe doesn't exist in pokamon. I actually think that that's why i wanted to remove the typeshire. It was because i think that it's just so much more accessible for
