A woman who had a flow of blood for 12 years came up behind him and touched the fringe of his garment. Jesus said, Who was it that touched me? When all denied it, Peter said, Master, the multitude surround you and press upon you. But Jesus said, Someone touched me, for I perceived that power has gone forth from me. The Book of Proverbs 26 verses 1 through 3: "Like snow in summer, or rain in harvest, so honor is not fitting for a fool"
