Sometimes it's easier to optimize your life style in bad times is that you get clear on basically what about your life and what you want to change. And sometimes i think you can do it more easily in bad times. Changing a house right now as is not easy. Although that seems like it may have changed over the last month or so. Perhaps some of the markets that been so hot or seem to be softening, there seems to be a litle more supply. We'll see.
