The Three Times Roll
The common challenge is that there are so many opportunities, so many ways the business could grow or run more effectively. Do you have a way of looking at things systematically to help identify where an influx resources would be most effective? One of the things i teach in my personal aprotivity courses that also applies on a business level is what i call the three times roll. If something annoys you three times or more, there's probably a systemic root cause somewhere in your business that's holding you back from growing and scaling.
