I think for me, it deftly took the right people around me to help me navigate imdpostu sindrum. I went through like a whole month's worth, at least every day. My poor partner, my poor life partner, the that lives with me and just had to watch me. And i always try to, hopefully do that with people who reach out, right younger women in kind of investing careers early on in their careers. They see different examples maybe not the most ideal a setting for leadership, but they want to be all-round leaders.
