Gogle's Updated Quality Rater Guidelines

Gogle has made a big announcement over something that hasn't changed in years. Gogle has up dated their quality rater guide lines. They evaluate the quality of search results and the elements that render on the pages according to these guide lines. And thus they have human raters that help provide imputs, or what they would call in the machine learning space as trained data points.
