There's nothing in the constitution about bitcoin. There is no real reason that the government would confiscate gold because they don't need to confiscate gold. All they have to do is make it illegal to own it, which is what they did with gold. And then it's going to collapse in price, because if they make itillegal to own now it's contraband.
