Is My Dad a Hoarder?

I wondered is my dad a hoarder I mean a sense he yeah I think my mom wouldn't let wouldn't let him be so it's pushed the edges of the house but if you go in the loft or the garage or the shed there's the edges of a hoard that could be sort of kept at bay somehow.
