Is There a War in Ukraine?

An article on YouTube says that a Russian nuclear powered cruise missile called Brev Snik was a shock to the Pentagon. It suggested that such a cruise missile could destroy all electronic devices within 400 kilometers, which would be a disastrous type of thing. In terms of military capacity, the Russians came back much, much faster than the US national security establishment ever expected. And that's part of the hard feelings.
