i am looking at a quite different kind of world, one that is entirely in tune with the picture that the right hemisphere holds. This needs to be combined with what the left hemisphere knows - but not an equal partnership. One consciousness can't do both of thesethin sinin the fable h the master delegates his emagery to go about and do certain things. If the master was doing that he couldn't hold his overall vision together. It's a myth, but it's an explanatory image. Although i definitely reject the metaphor of the brain as a computer, i sometimes do say, and i hope i won't be misunderstood, that the left hemisphere is somewhat like the personal computer
