What's the Hardest Part?

Bob Greene is a real estate broker in Massachusetts and Florida. He recently moved to Sarasota, where he's been able to find reasonable deals for his properties. The hardest part has been finding the right guy who can pass you some deals. In terms of managing an HOA, "it's not my favorite thing in the world," Greene says.

Jeff is a real estate investor with a portfolio of 87 units — 57 in Massachusetts and 30 in Florida. He self-manages his properties and is also a licensed broker in both states.
