I think in a way, it was a way of creating national unity, saying that partition has been traumatic, but we can deal with it. And I don't criticize Perit Niro for subsidizing Chandiga. But the problem is that if everybody think, oh, well, every city should be like Chandiga,. Well, it's a bad idea because the resources of the country are not there.
