i have noticed that with myself, or when i feel like i have a long to do list and like crushed under some dead line, i'll start doing things i can finish, even if they're low value. Which really actually does help reduce the guilt of not getting what one helps you focus on, like, this is my time to do it. I will get it done. You know, everything else doesn't matter for this, like 15 minutes. But it does help reduction the gilt. M the other, a most useful piece of advice has got to have been how to avoid a polar bear attack.
