I eat a little bit of pineapple. It has great enzymes to help me, you know Digest my protein and then I eat blueberries every day Uh, and then whatever's in season. My coach is big on keeping fruit in my diet because if you eliminate it for too long It tends to have some adverse effects when you incorporate it back in So, um, yeah, I eat fruit every single day And I require my clients to eat at least one serving a day Yeah, but it is funny.
