How to Get People to Open Up a Little Bit in an Interview
A lot of people go into an interview and they talk about themselves because they're focused on getting the job. Blake: You both stand out from other applicants, but you also fit in as a future coworker to see you're doing something that other people aren't even thinking about. And then ultimately just trying to figure out, can I sit next to you for 40 hours a week or be on Zoom calls with you for40 hours a week? So that's the interview prep much longer.
