The Sexiest Case of the Year

There is a sexy case involving speech, by the way, involving a songwriter who was being threatened by text messages. It's interesting that the court decided to hear this because on the surface, it kind of looked like an open and shut case of harassment bordering somebody who had already been convicted twice of actually harassing people. And there is a question about whether or not theText message is actually rose to the level of a threat so specific that it evisciated his claim to free speech. The sexiest topic of all is, of course, these two cases relating to affirmative action, one, the Harvard case and the other, the University of North Carolina case.
