The most common mistake is that people put verbs from the D and T column in the extra syllable column. For example, implant means to fix or insert something into somebody's body through surgery. The key thing you need to avoid there is implanted. In Spanish, planéficard sounds strange because it would be like me saying a weirdSpanish word. So just be careful of those phrasal as we have there.
