The Role of Peers in Teaching

i've been reading developing faculty learning communities at two year colleges. And it's been especially fascinating for me to see some of the models that they've got presented. Think very critically about the role of are peers in our own learning. Know that teaching, teaching and learning are very much merer images of one another. Get better at teaching by collaborating and working with your peers.
