Alcohol, Wine or Beer?

The alcohol industry today is a lot like the rest of the food industry where it's very highly industrialized and commoditized. The grains that they're using are sprayed with all sorts of herbicides and pesticides. And so when those go into the processing facilities to create beer wine, you know, other alcoholic beverages, they're generally not the highest quality. But I do also think there's a there's a balanced component to this.
