Is the Dollar the Reserve Currency?
90 % of global forx trans actions, so that six trillion dollars worth per day, includes the dollar as one of the currency pair. The trouble is, i think that there's so much stuff for people to buy in the us. And if you want to buy something safe, you buy us Treasuries. So i can't see the dollar waning as a reserve currency. It's also just there is no alternative, really, not at the moment.
