How to Practice Box Breathing

Box breathing can either activate our sympathetic nervous system, putting us into a fight, flight or freeze response. Or it can activate the parasympathetic calming down, allowing us to reduce stress and improve focus. Find a comfortable location and choose a quiet space where you don't have a lot of distractions. But try and ensure that your posture allows for gentle, deep, unrestricted breathing.
