Is Consulting the Next Big Thing?

The ultimate final role of an operations person in my head at least is COO, right? Or CEO or something like C-suite. Part of the reason I like ops is being a little bit more low key, but getting a lot done. And for me, that's the EHS problem solving. So consulting is the way I'd like to go. Yeah, there's a lot that you can do with it.
