This is my first job that i've actually been doing sales. I started the company as a marketing person, and that's kind of what i've done most of my career on even though i'm responsible for all our sales now. So we've got people from logistics or communications or business backgrounds that didn't traditionally do sales, but are very successful in the types of sales we do.
