How to Get a Property Under Contract in 90 Days

A lot of real estate contract is getting you to that point of finding the deal, analyzing deals and then making offers. But a lot don't highlight into how you actually, you know, what you do after you get the property under contract before you close. So a very important part is your due diligence. There's also due diligence that can be done from behind a computer of finding out information and data.
