How Do I Write a Package for Android?

I got an inspiration to work on this. This also came from my triage work. So somebody there is an issue saying, when I pressed the back button with an nested navigator, the app just closes on Android. And then I wrote a blog about how you set up the navigation bar and how you can do complex navigation and handle the back button routing on Android. Then I realized that, instead of writing a blog, I could also publish this as a package because these are the common features that are used across different applications. If anybody's interested, they would use it.
