All to all trading broadly refers to is that we can essentially transact and buy and sell treasuries with one another much more directly. The proponents argue that it should mean that we're no longer as deeply dependent on the primary dealer banks for liquidity. But there's a danger in looking at our lovely equity markets and thinking that we should make everything look like equity, says David Weinberger.
