i would imagine agisis curiosity, knowing that depression has been a part of your life for almost as long as you can remember. Knowing that you are also living with a chronic illness, which means you really have to take care of yourself. It's got to be an interesting balancing act. How do i acknowledge it and and give it space in a way that also allows me to be healthy? Or is it, in fact, the acknowledging and the allowing for space that actually is one of the ways that you actually become more healthy?
