I was actually, I like to take it more of like the machine gun preacher route. The people that I can reach are a little bit different than what you would expect to walk into church. It's still there in my heart. For me, it was more about not checking that box Sunday morning but actually going out and working with homeless on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So I did that every Tuesday and Thursday for almost five years. And then once I finished that, I was able to get back on like a weight game protein. Like looking back now, there's no way my body could even digest that much calories. But I'm lucky. My whole family's being polls. All
