The Importance of Respect for Language

All languages are a revealed gift of Allah, all of them. Adam al-Hissalam did not know language on his own. That was revealed to him. So making fun of somebody's language and making some fun of cultures because they have different languages than us is actually making fun of something Allah himself revealed. There's such a thing as thelanguage of the kufar or the language of the non-muslimsor the language of Jahil. And we have to have respect for all languages.
