How Do You Manage Your KPIs?

I look at RPMs for each site over time mapped out on an XY axis over time. I do sometimes go in and look at the fine details of which individual pages have higher RPMs than others. And toy around with experiments with paid ads. One time I had like a Facebook ad to a DIY gardening blog that somehow was costing me like less than a penny and a half per click. So fair enough. The true answer from being the entrepreneur of the business, right? Just like I look at the reports and I do,. you know, if we need to have a conversation and I need to analyze it with him, we do. But it is largely driven by him.
