How to Answer Questions That Are Not Questions
The first thing we need to check is have we understood the question? If you're not sure you must clarify. There's nothing more awkward than asking a question, somebody answering it and going on this long rant about answering the question. So basically repeat their words back to them as you've understood them just to double check that you know what they're saying. The next part is the juicy bit, the bit where we get into the structure so let me take you through!
