Is There Anything Wrong With Fantasy?
Even a moderate amount of fantasy is generally okay, but sometimes it's not good for you. When you imagine achievement, you are feeling some of the good feeling that you would get if you actually achieved it without achieving it. You're kind of cheating your brain a little bit to thinking that you've done something when you actually haven't. Even things that make you feel good in a moment aren't always good for you in the longterm.
