Ciao Cescue's Dracula Accent

The only Romanian accent that I know how to do is a Dracula accent. Ciao Cescue used Dracula and other heroes from Romania's past in order to make the cases to why he should be president. After all, he carried a jeweled royal mace at his 1974 induction as president. It's a little late to do jeweled mace.
